1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Blooming Buds School website (bbsg.co.in) or availing our educational services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and school rules. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the school and parents/guardians/students.

Applicable to: Parents/Guardians, Students, Staff, Visitors, and all website users.

2. Admission & Enrollment

• Admissions subject to seat availability, entrance tests, and document verification
• Provisional admission confirmed after fee payment and medical fitness certificate
• Transfer certificates mandatory for Class II onwards

Note: School reserves right to refuse admission without assigning reasons.

3. Fee Structure & Payment Policy

• Annual fees payable quarterly; monthly option available
⚠️ Late fee: 2% per month; No exam hall admit cards if dues exceed 30 days
⚠️ Refund Policy: No refunds after 15 days; transport fees non-refundable

4. Student Discipline & Attendance

Minimum 75% attendance compulsory. Medical certificates required for absences exceeding 3 days.

✗ Prohibited: Mobile phones, tobacco, violence, bullying, ragging
✗ Violations lead to warnings → suspension → expulsion
